  1. The PPC deals with two types pf "Anti-sue". The first one seems to be what you're describing, the TVTropes-defined antiSue. Since these are often just as bad as "classic" Sues, we kill them just the same- if one isn't bad, then it's just an OC who doesn't need PPC attention. The other type is a "reformed" Sue- they could have been any “flavor” of Mary Sue or Marty Stu originally, but they've seen the light and renounced the use of their abilities. Some Agents are reformed Sues.

  3. Is it anything like a Marty Tzu?

  4. We have a Department of Bad Parody. If the Parody isn't Bad, it is considered goodfic, and is left alone to bolster the canon. I always liked to think that the canon characters in good parodies (and the OCs) know they are in a parody, are playing along, and are as amused as everyone else.
