I'm happy to see positive response for TB. I was afraid it would've been overshadowed by the Guardsman or Naya.

Presenting "Trust", in which Rina and the Guardsman meet for the first time, and then some feels happen.
Why not use a Chameleon Arch to turn back to human? (As in Human Nature/Family of Blood.) Unlike the disguise generator, it seems to be permanent (or for at least as long as a human lifetime anyway) as long as you don't open the watch.
...I'm not seeing any mention of the Chameleon Arch. Could have sworn it was there...maybe it's in something else, or got cut? Anyway, Iximaz can confirm or deny what I said below.

But, as I think may have actually been said in the interlude, it would mean she'd forget everything. She wouldn't be Rina Dives the Time Lord, and she likely wouldn't be Rina Dives the human either, since the Time Lord bit is a disguise that went wrong--she didn't become a different person, she just changed species. So using the Chameleon Arch wouldn't help with anything except forgetting everything, which she doesn't want to do.

Yes, it was mentioned in a previous interlude ("Fate Amenable to Change") that she didn't want to use the Chameleon Arch because it would cause her to forget everything and replace her memories with false ones.
Plus, there would be weird questions like "Hey, aren't you that agent who got turned into a Time Lord?" which would jeopardize her Cham Arch disguise pretty fast. She'd want to know who she was before the transformation and open the watch.
At least with Time Lord regeneration you keep your old memories to go with your new ones and new personality. Ditching your memories would be worse than regenerating even if you did keep your personality.
And Terabyte is about thirteen kinds of funny.
