Oddly enough, I'm actually doing something for it this year: going to see some fireworks with my friends.
My mom and I are also going to plant some seeds. (Though I think we would've been doing that anyway, but shhh.) Should be fun, if it doesn't start raining again.
How about you? Any plans?

So... yeah. Not as much of a big deal as the thing that's on the 4th but still... 148 years of confederation is nothing to scoff at. Just two more years until we can reach that nice round 150.

...museums are free today and so is the bus-- I think I'll go downtown and visit the War Museum 'cause they got a gladiator exhibit going on. Gladiators are cool. Other than that... not much.
How was the vacation? And welcome back, if I can welcome you back to a place I don't live in... :)
