Like, you know how you get an adapter to plug one wire into another when the plugs are different sizes? Maybe the EEK has an adapter set for unusually small or large embryos. And presumably a larger jar (or a bigger-on-the-inside jar) for those really big ones.

Either you're asking if you can use them to remove an embryo in someone who is small, or if you can implant the (presumably)normal-sized embryo in someone who is small. The answer to the former would likely be yes, absolutely. The latter, likely not. After all, I really don't think a human-sized embryo is fitting into somebody as small as you suggested.
