Here's a quick rundown of the story. Simply put, the tale goes that there's a fantasy world called Pantheonia, where there live the Lords and Ladies of Nature, who keep the world in balance. But greed for power overcomes the Lord of the Dead, who demands sacrifices to double his power. Why sacrifices and not outright killings? Well sacrificing is kind of like an express delivery system for souls to the gods. Sacrificing doesn't happen often prior to this, but when it happens, it's usually one at a time.

Anyways, it's up to six heroes: Embros the Fierce, Tonya Strong, Gnarl the Toothful, Buzzard of Meredith, Bailey "The Billy" Bob and our main character Percy Plymouth to stop the lord of the dead from overthrowing the other Lords and Ladies.
