Well, now that I'm an official member of this powerful organization, where do I tell of my various adventures fighting of the dangers to the plot continuum? I love your headquarters, but they seem a tad....empty, and lacking various options for adding to the experience.
Just be yourself like most of us do. I did masquerade as a Skarmory back when I first joined (and I still do, to some extent), but not all of us pose as a specific character of our creation. That character usually becomes our first agent, as was the case with Agent!Desdendelle, Rina Dives, and my own agent, Falchion.
As for where you can upload missions, almost all of us use Google Docs (usually via writing the mission, getting it beta-read, sharing it publicly, and posting a link to the doc on the Board). Other sites tend to suffer from server problems, and quite a few oldbies who've been here longer than I have can probably attest that FanFiction.net is total crap. XD
My world has just been crushed. Crushed, I tell you.
Anyway, yeah: the Board isn't an RP, it's a message board. There are occasional RPs, but for the most part, this is just where we hang out as ourselves. Now, mind you, some of 'ourselves' are pretty strange... but that's all real, we're not putting it on. ;)

Be careful what you say, or Zeb and I might be forced to borrow a TARDIS and fly it over to England.
Do you forget that I am Huinesoron, born of a high lineage in the Bliss of Aman? I have seen more centuries go by than you have years; I have faced orcs and balrogs in single combat; I have-
What? Okay, yes, all right, it was only one balrog, but that's still-- no, it didn't really work out too well, but at least I-- listen, would you shut up about that? The footing was absolutely terrible, anyone would have tripped! Ugh. Honestly.
Where was I? Oh, yes. Blah blah blah, I'm an impressive elf, etc.
hS
Although, when you have the infinite space and time to explore, you find that people are not as impressive as they think they are. As a wise man once said, "There is always a bigger fish." You may be the highest of high elves, but in comparison to an Eldar Farseer, you are a prancy little elf with a few odd days.
Now, if you excuse me, I have tea scheduled with Elisabeth in Rapture.
But I'm a non-corporeal entity who is aware that, from a certain perspective, she's a fictional character residing in her author's brain and who occasionally eavesdrops on these things. What's your excuse? ; P

I'm... not entirely sure...
*frowns and shrugs*
Dis y my brain no work gud.
Good, it gets annoying donning this voice; *coughs* strains on the throat. Anyway, noted. And believe me, I've tried using Fanfiction a few times and to be blunt, it's gone downhill very quickly.
In the meantime, as long as we're talking normally, Leo's not my only creation. A few of which you may meet along the way, but I digress.
It's a bit soon for that.
You need Permission for that, and getting Permission requires you to spend some time being part of the community. The Permission Givers don't give it to strangers which, unfortunately, you are at this point.
Fair enough.
Forgive me, I've been using Leo so long I've gotten used to using him as my voice. *cough* The only problem is it gets very irritating on the throat.
