Including the one mission that hadn't been uploaded anywhere. Got in contact with her, so that's on her site again.

Not sure if this is a new discovery, but a site for DAVD is down at http://www.misssandman.com/PPC/DAVD.html Who's site is this?
I said this down-Board, but I dunno how many people saw, so I'll say it again:
I could really use some more hands on the Lost Tales project, since I don't have a whole lot of time for rehosting right now and there's a lot that needs doing. You don't need to be an expert coder or anything—just a basic grounding and attention to detail plus lack of fear will do. That's how I got started way back in the day. {= )
Reply here or e-mail me, either way. My address is neshomeh (dot) soul (at) gmail (dot) com, with the obvious substitutions.

Fact is, when I joined the Board one and a half year ago, I expected to be jobless at the end of that year, so I was looking for something to do at the long, dull days when I’m no longer allowed to do what I like best. But then my employer didn’t go out of business yet, and my amount of spare time depends heavily on the varying workload I get on my job.
But I will try. I have basic knowledge of HTML, never done anything with CSS. My e-mail address is on my user page.
HG
If nothing else, I could use your keen eye to check for typos. {= ) I'll be in touch.
And thanks to everyone else who's helping in their own way, too!

One thing I will do, since I got 2/3 of the way through it, is finish up the Virtually Everything PPC On FFN Archive. The only things I skipped were Indemaat's stuff (because, srsly) and my own (because I know I've got those backed up). It's not HTML'd, and I haven't gone over it with an editing hand, but it is a publically-accessible backup.
(I did discover, while doing it, that 'PPC' is also used occasionally on FFN for 'Peter Pan Complex' - but only in Spanish-language stories. Weird)
hS
I knew there were a bunch of spin-offs on ff.net, but seeing them all together like that is kind of amazing. 42, huh? Wow! Massive kudos for taking all that on.
~Neshomeh
And I am finished. Everything which shows up by searching 'PPC' or 'plot continuum' - and is relevant to the PPC - is now archived by me, except for:
-Driftwood (mine).
-Iximaz.
-JAAKSONS.
-IndeMaat.
-Andy's Just Call Me Mary Sue, because it's 19 chapters and my hands are tired. Probably do this one tomorrow.
Oh. And. Uhm. No, I'll make a separate post for that.
hS
Or at least, that's the only way I can make sense of this.
In the final chapter of the Golden Sun division's stories, two new departments are introduced. The Department of (Lack of) Public Relations is fine - quite funny, actually, or would be if it did anything. We might want to grandfather it in. But the other one is... uh...
Okay, look: it's the Department of Author Correction. Yes, the one that killed Daphne Illian. They operate in exactly the same way - their description runs like this:
The job of the PR people was to make sure that no one knew of the existence of the PPC, and that no lasting harm was done. This meant rebuilding after disasters like this one, heavy neuralizer work, and nursing the 'clients' from the Department of Author Correction back to health. This put them at odds with the Department of Author Correction, who were charged with making sure that the authors responsible for disasters like this one were in a lot of pain for a long time. In this business, sometimes you just had to hurt someone.
That's Author Correction, all right. Only...
-That was written in 2004.
-I didn't invent my DA...il 2008.
-The DAC doesn't come into existence in my timeline until 2025 at the earliest.
The only conclusion I can draw is that the GS division missions take place in the future - in fact, in the future of a timeline the main PPC history has diverged from. Which is... interesting? Scary? Both?
hS
I stumbled across that at some point—even added both of those to the List of (Discontinued) Departments with the conclusions that the DAC was shut down for being yucky and the DPR was absorbed into the DIO, due to its secrecy-preserving function. I think I wanted to prevent anyone from reviving these concepts on the basis of precedent, especially the DAC. >.
I like the idea of retroactively setting the Golden Sun Division in an alternate timeline, though, future or otherwise. It doesn't really follow the rules anyway, so that would make me feel better about it.
~Neshomeh
I'm pretty sure I would've remembered that. And would've remembered Peter blowing his top about that. And remembered Justin - er, Virfir - polishing his axe thoughtfully about that. And remembered the Elm... being inscrutable about that.
Um. Not that there's any such thing as the DIO. Or ever was. But of there was, it wouldn't have touched a PR Department with a barge-pole.
~Nita Kerys, Building Maintenance
Nobody knows about the DIO, so it's a very convenient dark hole in which to sweep any old dust we might not want floating around. Since the DIO is gone now and never existed to begin with, who'd know the difference? ^_~
... In all honesty, I don't quite know what I was thinking apart from "Hey, didn't Justin expend all that effort trying to keep the fictional PPC apart from the Board? That's sorta like preventing real people from knowing the PPC exists!" It doesn't quite work, in hindsight.
~Neshomeh
I'm still slogging through the OFUs on the Pit, myself. Then I'll move on to the PPC LJs I haven't hit yet.
Making progress!
Glancing through what I've got, I think the four people I've deliberately not archived are:
-Myself.
-Iximaz.
-The JAAKSONS.
-Indemaat.
I know I have my own backups; I'm guessing Iximaz has, too. And I know Nenya and Rosie are on Lost Tales, and I think you said you had Indemaat's stuff? I hope? Please tell me you do.

Including the one mission that hadn't been uploaded anywhere. Got in contact with her, so that's on her site again.
I've got 'em all on GDocs, including the Araluen Fanfiction Academy.
Um, how much HTML knowledge is needed? Because I'd be willing to help, but my knowledge can be generously described as 'exactly minima'.
I'm obviously willing to take on anything you don't have time for. I know we've been doing individual stories on my site, and full spin-offs/sites on yours, but I can always upload something temporarily for now, and let you take it back over and do the coding properly when you have more time. Up to you!
