Question for PPCers of the Homestuck persuasion by

As Andrew Hussie has declared all Fantrolls canon, does that mean we would need to find alternative methods to dispose of the Troll Sues?

Even if Hussie wasn't joking, it's sort of implied that Fruit Gushers are made from troll larvae. Probably the Fan Trolls before they had a chance to grow up. Given that, should we come across any Sue-Fan Trolls, we are free to murder them (and preferably turn them into Fruit Gushers) since they're breaking canon by still being alive. Also, Alternia blew up and Beforus was wipe out by the scratch, so all the Fan Trolls should have died anyway.

We can still kill the Sues which pretend to be the canon characters, yes? No need to be disappointed XD

Remember, though, it was a joke. by

Andrew Hussie rarely takes fan questions seriously, and it was a clearly sarcastic and joking answer. Of course all fantrolls aren't really canon (and even if they were, they should all be dead: cf the destruction of the universe and everything...)
There are still godawful Homestuck Sues out there. I don't see it as any kind of quarantining. But as a way of forcing PPC-ers to be clever and creative and run into probably hilarious problems?
I'm gearing up to write a Homestuck mission (eventually); we're not actually declaring Homestuck quarantine, are we? -
It looks like we're going to treat them as canon characters by

That need rehabilitating, that is. Suck the glitter out, push then out onto te planet that they should have blown up on, or some equivalent action.

If they're all canon and they all seduce Homestuck characters, could it conceivably end like the Sparklypoo House debacle?

Logically, they should be canonically dead... by

So couldn't we open a portal a few seconds before Alternia blows up and let them run free before being crushed beneath fiery meteors?

What if they have freaky Sue powers? by

I'm assuming that the reason they're there at all is because they managed to escape the destruction of Alternia somehow, and that could be because of their Sue powers.
Man it must suck to kill a Homestuck OC you'd have to get them and their dream self and make sure neither corpse gets anywhere near a Quest Bed or corpsesmooched DAMN -
Goddammit, Hussie. by

Why does he make our job so damn hard?
I guess it'd have to be different for every case.
I wonder, since Hussie himself is a canonical character, and the readers are as well (even though in both cases they died in-comic, only to be resurrected) perhaps we could convince Hussie to kill them off?
I can't imagine it would be that hard. Every single character dies at least once.
This is the point where I read what I have written and contemplate my choices in becoming involved in this fandom. -

Maybe we don't try to think of ways to subvert the author's wishes. This is, in a way, a type of quarantine. He's just cut off people like us, instead of all fanfic writers. We respect the author's instructions in other cases of quarantine, I don't see why this would be any different.

I guess we establish it as a quarantined fandom then?

He made fantrolls canon, but... fankids? Did he say anything about those?
And if fankids aren't canon, then this quarantine is more of a half-quarantine, and that makes everything fuzzy. -

Hussie proclaimed Fantrolls canon to prove that he could introduce more trolls any time he wanted. The direct quote is:
"Do we need twelve more? I mean, if I introduced twelve more trolls, I might as well introduce another hundred. Right?
Which might be fine??? Hey, who wants me to introduce a hundred more trolls? Any takers? Probably lots of people, I bet.
How about if I introduce 10,000 new trolls? Watch this.
I hereby declare all of your fantrolls to be canon."
And that's about all he said on the matter, besides later stating his dismay that this now meant a sparkly pink blooded troll could now traipse through the hemospectrum. -
I said now twice, didn't I? by

If fantrolls are canon characters you gotta treat em like canon characters
So we gotta go rehabilitate the Suvian ones
Perhaps once the Glitter's out the urplebloods will become more logical hemospectrum-colours. -
