Some time ago, I found a crossover that was quite ... interesting and of which I'm not sure how to feel about, mostly because I don't know one of the continua involved. It's called Running Away From Time and it's a Dresden Files/Time Traveler's Wife X-over.
Now, as you know, I don't know the former, but I'm quite a fan of the later. I don't know, something just feels off about this one, specially with the whole Alba DeTamble and Harry Dresden romance that's the focus of the story. Could you look it over to see how it checks out on your side of things?
-Timeline. When the duck is this supposed to happen? If it's following canon up to the moment it was published, problems. (Besides, he saw more beautiful women. Butcher know how to use good purple prose.)
-Dresden could like eye candies when he sees them, but he learned to keep his libido in check. There are monsters who could kill you, or worst, by sex, for Butcher's sake!
-Letting the unknown person enter his appartment without letting her cross the threshold on her own? Suicidal stupidity.
-Idem with moving his office to his appartment. Professional activities destroy a threshold. Threshold is the most magic protection ever. There is ducking reason he was renting an office!
-A lift? He's living in a basement!
-Sweetheart, Time meddling is forbidden by the Sixth Law of Magic, and all offenses about them mean death, and destruction of the culprit's mind because of black magic. Forget. It.
-Talking about Bob like this? I don't even... He would not even mention it like this. With excellent reasons.
If the question was, "Is this missionable?", Dresden Files part of the deal is pretty much settled.

I don't promise an immediate, or quick, answer though.
By the way, could you give me your mail? Mine is in the name, and answering you will be easier like this.
And don't worry, take as long as you need to respond. It will probably help that the story is only 5 chapters long right now.
And sure. I have made my name clickable as well.
OK, it should be there this time.
