I know quotes from other fanfics,but that is the first thing I think of when it comes to OOC quotes.

From Betrayal, a horrible Harmony badfic that bashes Ron to the Veil, where Harry and Hermione only loved Ron and Ginny, respectively, because Ron gave them a horrible, horrible brand of love potion, come this indirect quote delivered by Shacklebolt after he conducted an interrogation about the crime:

" Ron said he got Ginny involved so he could if anyone ever found out about it... He said that she was always a brat when she was little and always got her way because she was the youngest and the only girl in the family so he figured everyone would believe it was her idea because she was never one to take no for an answer. He also said that while he never intended to get caught, if happened, he would take peversed pleasure in seeing her get her heart broken when Harry tells her he hates her before before she's locked up for the rest of her life. As far he was concerned, she was nothing but a 'boy who lived' groupie who followed Harry around and was willing to do whatever he asked of her. Then when he is confronted about it:
