So, you guys all know that infamous Avatar: The Last Airbender fancomic "How I Became Yours"?
I decided to spork it.
The format's a bit different compared to the standard mission since it's, well, a comic, but I think it worked out okay in the end. :) Enjoy, guys!

I swear there will be proper agent reunions and things in the future! My cowriters are just a tiny bit busy at the moment, so I decided to go ahead and get the ball rolling with this. Because let's face it, you all knew Zeb and the Aviator would be repartnered eventually. :P

I believe we've already discussed the possibility of a Sonichu mission before, but personally, I'm not sure if sporking the Sonichu comics would be a good idea. I haven't read the comics myself, but from what I do know, the author was so devoted to the comic that it's become a sort of twisted autobiography of his, and he's even used M-rated art of the characters to attempt to respond to 4chan trolls. I'm not so concerned about how a mission into the comic would go in-universe (and I'm sure a lot of agents would be able to handle it just fine), but I don't know if anyone can pull off said mission without looking like we're attacking Chris-chan himself - and even if it isn't, he'll still see it as mockery of him no matter what we try to say.
I don't know, really. The possibility of a Sonichu mission may still be there if you handle the material extremely carefully, but I still think it'll be way too risky for its worth. -
What, are you going to tell him? by

Because the thing is, we don't let the authors of works know that they're getting the PPC treatment as a general rule. Additionally, all the stuff you mentioned happens after around Issue 8 - so as long as we kill it before then, it's all good.
Besides which, if he stumbles upon it and takes exception, it's just Chris-chan taking exception to any and all criticism. This is a guy who issues rebuttals to 4chan comments; in the face of actual concrit (a Neshomeh's Notes-style thing at the end would go a long way to helping with this), I'd wager he'll either wilt or make himself look even more ridiculous than normal. And just for the sake of argument, I'm trans and Sonichu is as transphobic as it is homophobic. If I ended up doing this mission with Doktor Trollenfisch und Gabrielle, well and he considers it hating on him...
He started it. =] -

For one thing, I'm pretty sure Chris-chan's still banged up on an assault charge. Still, maybe it's not worth the risk.

So my website got taken down by the author of Al and Death. It was locked, and the files were wiped from it. I had to restore the whole thing, by hand, from backups - and since not everything was backed up, there are a couple of early PPC history stories which no longer exist in any form.
The answer to your question is 'more than anyone except about three or four other people'. But I don't do things to deliberately annoy authors, and I don't target authors by - say - going 'hey, let's take on their other fic too!'.
PPCing isn't about the authors. If people are saying 'this author is really bad, we should do their other stuff', they are doing it wrong.

... and while I glanced over the mission, I couldn’t avoid noticing a person named "Makes-Thinks" mentioned in the last line. I assume this isn’t intentional?
And then, since I can’t do something half, I gave it the full treatment:
"The story will sort that out," came his reply.
I’m not sure whether this is Dafydd’s reply because it is addressed at him, or whether it should be Vemi’s reply because she apparently is replying.
According to the author, it was obvious from Albert's expression that he though Death was going to mess around in somebody else's life again.
Should be "thought".
There are several instances where I wonder whether "in to" should be "into".
the assassin began opening cupboards and searching through them for food.
"The" should be capitalized.
Not for the first time that day, Dafydd found himself being treated to one of Vemi's special death glares. The kind of glares usually reserved for greenery and particularly evil 'Sues.
"Are you questioning my cooking skills?"
Is this meant to be one paragraph or two paragraphs?
where they 'Sue wouldn't notice them
Should be "the".
For a few minutes, they were silent as the ridiculous show carried on. Every so often, one of them would wince as a crime against canon was committed. At last, Al started her car.
"Enter one swirly vortex. Get ready to jump, Dafydd, we're hitching a lift."
Again, one paragraph or two?
Vemi grinned manically at him before running off, staying low to avoid being seen, in the direction of the 'Sue.
I think this would sound much better if "staying low to avoid being seen" were moved to the end of the sentence. And you would get a spare comma out of it :-)
"Suits me fine," replied Vemi, "you're lucky it wasn't a dagger or I'd have been ready to kill for it. Are you planning on giving it to Selene?"
She watched Albert spooning down the fried porridge and contemplated stealing the remains and feeding it to the SO.
One paragraph or two?
Vemi looked around, expecting to see Death arrive at any moment, but he didn't appear.
"Right. Keep an eye out for Death whilst I read out the charge list."
One paragraph or two?
"Wait!" Vemi, still holding a dagger to the 'Sues neck to stop her from escaping, stuffed let go of the 'Sues arm and tugged a glass vial free from her belt.
I think the word "stuffed" shouldn’t be there.

Skimming over those, it's nice to see that almost all of them are Vemi's fault. ^_^ I will fix them... possibly over the weekend, or maybe next week. (Heck, I might even work up the motivation to do a full go-over/rewrite of the mission...)

So, we shouldn't mission an author's work more than once? by

I'm asking it because I discovered an author in the Pit who wrote many Dresden Files stories who are badfics, in my opinion at least, and I would want to mission some of them when/if I get Permission.
I don't want to target this author deliberately, but the stories I read seem really bad, and twist the universe a lot.
What's your opinion about this?

To choose one.
If/when you get permission, think about which one would make the best/most fun mission, with the key word there being fun. You shouldn't take on all of them.
We aren't actually fandom police. The PPC, as fun as it is, is definitely not intended to be fandom police. -

though considering I like to spork Legendaries all the way through to the end and this is a really, really long fan comic I'm glad it didn't come labeled as a Legendary -

I considered drawing a comic sporking it , but then I realized that would never work because 1) my art style is vastly different, 2) trying to work around the speech bubbles and formatting of the fan comic would be a pain in the butt, 3) art is more Randa's thing than mine, and 4) ain't nobody got time for that. Glad to know what I finally settled on works
well enough to get the job done. :P -

Congratulations for killing this abomination, Zeb and the Aviato get here an impressive new beginning, though I share Zeb's opinion, can't help but thinking that something bad will happen.
Last point, you didn't bolded the quotes and descriptions coming from the comics, and it can be sometimes a little confusing, was it intentional? -
Yeah, it was intentional. by

Because of the comic nature, I had to type out all the quotes by hand, and while I tried to get them as accurate as possible, counting periods can be hard. :P In more seriousness, I think it was bad enough that people can tell what was and wasn't from the comic.
And hehe. I'm not always (super) cruel to my characters. Very glad you liked it. :) -
