I mean ones which add bad characters or quests/missions. New Vegas and Fallout 3, for example, have tons of companion/minion mods. Some/most of which, as Sturgeon's Law dictates, are bad to some degree. I'm not talking about things which are simply buggy, but things which are honest-to-god terrible. Can these be killed, as they're technically badfic? If so, I may go hunting for a really, really bad one once I get permission.
Side idea, once the modding utilities for Fallout 4 come out, would anyone want a mod that allows you to join the PPC? It was just a funny idea I had while eating lunch.
