I don't know whatever you actually want to participate in this community, but since you are already here and we here at PPC are in the business of fandoms, may I ask what are your main fandom, for curiosity's sake?

As for your question, if it's a brand new Wikia you're talking about, we probably don't have anything to do with it, so I guess you can make and edit it without our permission. The permission thing is only for our own wiki and works within the PPC itself, and doesn't really extend to others.

Um, I'm not actually sure what you're asking. While there is a PPC Wiki, we're not actually anything to do with Wikia ourselves, so we aren't anything to do with permissions on other wikis.

Unless you're asking for permission to feature PPC related characters on your wiki?
