So hey, you guys know I've been doing a Masters degree in Creative Writing, right?
Here's my final project.
The Bone Man: Apprentice
All feedback greatly appreciated. I finished this last night. It is a mere 29 pages and 14,221 words. Give it a read. I can't see straight and my resting heart rate looks like a phone number. Enjoy.
And thank you for being there to support me during this. I really appreciate it. =]
The twist ending was excellent. The message was executed exquisitely. Your work belongs on the shelves of literature professors everywhere. In my book, you've already earned that Master's Degree.
Also, I found a spelling error:
"She was laser focussed, her mind trying fervently to parse the text in front of her, trying desperately to understand the wisdom of the ancients – and then suddenly something clicked.
It's really kind of you to say that!Anyone would think you liked it or something =]
As for focussed with the double s, it's a British spelling. And, er, I'm British. =]
I had Many Emotions. This is a fantastic, fantastical piece, and it is very well-crafted.
Hell of a final project.
(Spotted one missing word near the end of it, though: "His levitation will fade quite naturally a few days." is missing an in.)
Thanks for your kind words, I appreciate them very much. =]
