Seth MacFarlane's The Orville has been confirmed for a third season, despite fears from fans that it would be struck down by the Mouse (following their merger with Fox) due to poorly ratings for Season 2.

I, for one, am elated. I've been waiting anxiously for confirmation since the last episode of Season 2 'The Road not Taken'.

If you haven't watched the Orville: Watch it. Now. It's frakking amazing. It's not just Family Guy in space. It's a show that maintains the legacy of the Star Trek franchise, without being part of said franchise. It's a homage, it's a love-letter by MacFarlane (who's a massive Trekkie), and it's a much better show than that farce of a show 'Star Turd: Discovery'

If you watched the Orville, and didn't like it or get into it; watch it again. You're obviously lying. What sort of person couldn't like the Orville? ;)

If you seriously didn't enjoy it, that's your decision. You can choose not to like it. I wouldn't think of you as less of a person. However, if you hate the Orville, but like STD, then I'd be inclined to think words like 'Drekkie' or 'Carrier'.
