Subject: New Years Resolutions

Every year, I try and set goals for myself. These have, in the past, included things like:

  • Go to the gym at least twice a week!

  • Eat healthier!

  • Keep a diary!

  • Be kinder to your sister!

And so on, and so forth. They've been simple, they've been strange, but I do try and set at least a few goals each year, and sometimes I even achieve one or two of them. This year, I'd like to make some new resolutions, and I'd like to share them all with you guys, so we can add more, or encourage each other for the new decade.

I would, for 2020, like to:

  • Drink at least two waterbottles worth of water a day!

  • Meditate for a solid hour at least once a month!

  • Check in and make dedicated time to talk with my parents and family!
