a.k.a. xièniàngchéng (蟹酿橙), seasoned crab meat steamed in a hollowed-out orange. I actually see it as a pretty elegant dish (which I've never tried); here's a subbed recipe video. Also, if my memories serve me correctly, I once told y'all about shrimp stir-fried with tea.
