I'm a bit late on the voting, but that's a yes from me too. by

She had already recognized that her main motivation for not wanting fanfiction was an overreaction, and her passing rendered it fully moot. As such, I believe the quarantine can be respectfully lifted.
So, I guess it's decided 🎉 by

Anne Rice will be removed from the quarantine list, stat. Have fun protecting your favorite hawt vampires.
I'll vote yes; better to have the option. by

I'm glad she came around on fanfic eventually.
Thanks for taking the initiative on this, Yuki! {= )
~Neshomeh's energy today was spent blocking a persistent vandal with a grudge against Hermione Granger on the wiki. Fun...
Yeah, de-quarantine, as I said in other thread. by

Especially taking into consideration she had a change of heart later on.

As I said in the other thread, her main motivation seemed to be fear of being accused of plagiarizing a fanwork, which can no longer happen.

Anne Rice's views on transformative works were rooted in hypocrisy (I point to her writings as A.N. Roquelaire, specifically the trilogy of garbage erotic novels about Beauty And The Beast, by way of evidence) and now that she's dead an explosion of fan creativity has occurred. The PPC as a community is well within its rights to join in. Will I specifically be taking part? Probably not. I don't know any of Rice's canons well enough. But someone who joins up some day might be in love with the world of the vampire Lestat, just as I am with niche computer games and forgotten webcomics, and that person should have the right to engage with their favourite canon the same way everyone else does.
I'd say yes mostly just so we have options. by

As OrangeFox pointed out in the Discord, it's not clear whether anyone would even make use of the option to go for this material, so this entire vote may very well be a technicality. (I don't even remember anything she's written, so it sure won't be me.) But if the author has relaxed limitations, I don't see why we shouldn't let ourselves move in.
Vanishes off the face of the Board for another six months.
