What is the male equivalent of a fangirl shriek? Does it actually exist?

Going off of personal experience, I think that it would be somewhat of a scream--a not-so-high-pitched "AAAAH!" in place of the fangirl's "EEEEEEE!" But just take a listen to any gamer. But with all the news coming in the wake of E3 (Mega Man finally joins Smash Bros! OHMYGODI'MGONNAGETAWIIUIGOTTAGETTHENEWSMASHBROS...*ahem*), just talk to a gamer; you are bound to hear what a fanboy's shriek sounds like!

Star Trek fanboys and fangirls sometimes use it as an expression of joy. In fact, what with Benedict Cumberbatch playing Khan in the new movie, a bunch of Benedict fangirls probably use it to squeal over him.

Everything exists somewhere, I'm sure. But..... by

I'm not sure what it is. Maybe a "Yes!" and a punch in the air?
No....way too simple and not as annoying..... -

"OMFG she's so hot I want to f**k her" in the case of a beautiful female character?
I don't think very highly of my fellow male humans... -

I kinda doubt it exists; fanboys are generally more composed than fangirls.

Have you ever seen stuff coming out of E3? by

Fanboys are just as enthusiastic as fangirls. Believe me.
Also, this. -

Not at all. Fanboys are the male equivalent of fangirls, and their voices are deeper because of biology, which might make it seem like they are more composed, but if you think they're actually more composed, I must suspect you have not seen the line of mixed-gender fans at a con outside of a popular panel.

...not necessarily. I've felt the need to squee when confronted with my LO.
Yes, I do consider myself a fanboy. One who is restraining his tendencies, but still. -

Usually, when I see Madoka and "Moemura" (past shy version of Homura) from Madoka Magica being cute in fanarts, my thought processes usually become something like "socutesocutesocutewanttohugwanttohugwanttohug"
They should've thought that adding Moe Couplet subtext to two heart-attack-inducing cute girls was a killer move
Now excuse me while I go have my heart checked.
8And, for bonus points, Madoka became a goddess while Homura became the Magical Girl equivalent of Rambo. Beware the nice ones indeed.) -

...either the accurate or [REDACTED]-but-still-comparatively-respectful portrayal of one certain Fara Phoenix.
Underrated character from a series Nintendo has semi-given up on from a canon timeline that has been removed from main canon over fifteen years ago. Good side is she's not gonna get canon-raped, bad side is she's not really remembered. -

But kill it with fire all the same, just in case.
