Going off of personal experience, I think that it would be somewhat of a scream--a not-so-high-pitched "AAAAH!" in place of the fangirl's "EEEEEEE!" But just take a listen to any gamer. But with all the news coming in the wake of E3 (Mega Man finally joins Smash Bros! OHMYGODI'MGONNAGETAWIIUIGOTTAGETTHENEWSMASHBROS...*ahem*), just talk to a gamer; you are bound to hear what a fanboy's shriek sounds like!
I have two Trekkie guy friends. They shout KHAAAAAN all the time.
Star Trek fanboys and fangirls sometimes use it as an expression of joy. In fact, what with Benedict Cumberbatch playing Khan in the new movie, a bunch of Benedict fangirls probably use it to squeal over him.
I'm not sure what it is. Maybe a "Yes!" and a punch in the air?

Not at all. Fanboys are the male equivalent of fangirls, and their voices are deeper because of biology, which might make it seem like they are more composed, but if you think they're actually more composed, I must suspect you have not seen the line of mixed-gender fans at a con outside of a popular panel.

Usually, when I see Madoka and "Moemura" (past shy version of Homura) from Madoka Magica being cute in fanarts, my thought processes usually become something like "socutesocutesocutewanttohugwanttohugwanttohug"
They should've thought that adding Moe Couplet subtext to two heart-attack-inducing cute girls was a killer move

Underrated character from a series Nintendo has semi-given up on from a canon timeline that has been removed from main canon over fifteen years ago. Good side is she's not gonna get canon-raped, bad side is she's not really remembered.
