Actually, Rainbow Dash is the only pony to break the sound barrier that we know of.

But yes. She survives things that would kill Wile E Coyote on a daily basis. She's been struck by lightning, smacked into trees at speeds that seemed only slightly less than sonic, as well as smacking into other ponies and falling off roofs, courtesy of our friend Derpy. Ponies in general are physically resilient- Pinkie Pie survived a bath in a dragon's fire- but Rainbow Dash especially.

I don't think you could get much faster without some serious aid from gods, demigods, or at least some incredibly powerful magic-users.

They have a long history of being "Deadliest Warrior" for fictional characters. They've also matched up Samus Aran and Bobba Fett, as well as Harry Potter and Luke Skywalker and Kratos and Spawn. These guys are insane. They even settled Sonic vs Mario. So I think they'd be willing to do that.

As long as Shepard stays off the floor, s/he won't have to face Clarke's boot.
