These are Sues and Stus that have been dealt with in missions. It was decided that we didn't need all of these Sue pages on the Wiki, so a committee was formed to evaluate each Sue and make recommendations as to which pages should be kept, which re-written, and which deleted or combined with another page.
This is the list of recommendations.
Guvnor is busy with school, so I volunteered to pull together the votes from all the Sue and Stu pages.
The Sue/Stu pages were broken down into four categories: Delete, Keep, Keep with changes, and Unique Cases. I'm not including any discussion on Delete and Keep, but you can check the wiki page if you're curious. I think I have everyone sorted, let me know if I missed someone.

Unique cases:
Maeluiwen: should be moved. Suggestions from the last Sue cleanup thread were Civilians in HQ and/or Reformed Sues.
Rheim son of Sirrus: this is an unusual mission, see the Talk:Slain Mary Sues page
Sarah (CCS Sue): Sergio Turbo (page author) says he’s OK with deleting this one. If the board agrees, it’s going on the Delete list.
I'm impressed with all of you for sticking with this and making it happen. {= )
I don't have anything to say about your decisions, because I think they're fine, but I do have some suggestions for the removal process. For starters, I believe some folks will be interested in saving some of the content to be deleted, so what I think makes sense is to put the {{Delete}} template on the pages in question, or even the {{Speedydelete}} one, and leave them up for a month or so. Meanwhile, we wiki-editing types can use the "What links here" tool and start cleaning up pages with links to the CFDs, and relocate information worth relocating—perhaps a link to X Sue page becomes a link to the mission in question in the References section, for instance. Also, I think we'll want to remove any associated images before deleting the actual page, so we don't end up with stray images hanging about (unless they become examples on some other page, perhaps).
So, that's my two cents. I may also take a hand in re-writing some of the ones that need it, but I don't know when.

I already talked to Aster about the links thing. And yeah, leaving then up for a bit is probably a good idea.

Basically, the Sues were so clichéd and unoriginal that the Word World couldn't tell them them apart and the agents were thrown from one fic to the other. The Sues themselves weren't very notable (well, duh) but I found the phenomenon of blending Sues interesting enough to warrant a page of its own. I might also have been careless enough to volunteer to do it ...
I would very much appreciate a little help to get the page of the ground.

I would like to know if there have been any other missions like these two.
Secondly, have anyone got a better idea for a name for the page/phenomenon than 'blending Sues'? I suppose it could grow on me, but right now I don't care a lot for it, but I also can't think of anything better.
Actually, I was planning on working this into a future mission. Two fics by the same person, where one Sue is the daughter of Iron Man and the other is the daughter of CSI's Mac Taylor.
We already have a page on the phenomenon of Ficverse Fusion: when two badfics are so similar that they begin to blend into each other. Maybe that can help you in your quest to document this phenomenon.
Tangentially related: I am fairly sure that the reason why the PPC doesn't spork many 'High School AU' badfics because (aside from just being boring) they all are so incredibly similar that they blur together and if you've sporked one you have sporked them all. Maybe that, too, is related to your idea?
But the NCIS mission wasn't a complete fusion; the agents simply got bounced from fic to fic. It might still count as a partial Ficverse Fusion or the FF might be one of several possible results of bland Sues or fics.
*scratches head* It's kind of hard to make generalizations when there are only two documented cases to go by. I predict a page full of 'possibly' and 'more data needed'.
Without set standards of what should be on the wiki and what doesn't have to be, over time the amount of pages for slain Mary Sues has increased to the point where there are just too many of them. Sues that are less notable, are not part of the original series, or are better explained by reading the missions they belong to than reading a summary are subject to be removed from the wiki.
This has been a months-long project by Guvnor, Antigone, and others. I'm really surprised you didn't hear of it with the periodic threads on it. O_o;

I see. So, if I wrote a mission and killed a Sue, where would I go to see if it was necessary to make a Wiki page for her/him? What's the criteria?
The board voted to have pages for "notable Sues/Stus" only.
Original Series is notable by default, as are Sues from Legendary Badfics. For the rest, it boiled down to "does this Sue stand out for some reason?". A mission that's just another Legomance doesn't need a Sue page, but we voted to keep the Pegacorn who had a child by Legolas.
We/they (As a wikiperson I'm not directly doing this project but I may be pressing the 'delete page' button a lot in the near future) haven't decided on the criteria yet. Safe to say, it's a question that they'd probably serve the whole community before pushing it on anybody.
