So, one may note that there have been more... uh... treats, from the Circle of Lemmings recently.

I offered to do an MST of two of them, and Lily offered to email me the text for a third (which I accepted, by the way, Lily), and thus am now creating a thread to post my progress on each.

I'll probably have to re-make this thread a few times, depending on how long this actually will take me, but for now, I bring forth part one of my first MST, "Fell in love with a Prince" by... Well, according to Polyvore, she goes by steelersgurl70, so we'll go with that.

Yes, it was actually short enough to be a one-shot, but remember, I'm doing this from my phone. Otherwise, it would have been.

After I'm done with this, I have a Lost Odyssey MST that I'll be able to get back to, and I have one more MST at the moment from Lily that I can work on after that.

My weekend is stacked, guys.

But it's stacked with me song things I enjoy, so whatevs.

So, after going back and reading ny MST bit through, I realize that I've made a whole bunch of references nobody but myself could understand.

This is because, well, those references coincide with stuff I'm working on, and therefore only I know what I mean when I say them.

At one point, the comment is made about Keis being king of Estrelain. Estrelain is a made-up continent in the universe the OCs come from, known for rather bookish individuals and a massive cultural involvement.

Then, a bit later, Salem notes that the Sue looks like "Kyn Redmane". A picture of Kyn can be found in my DA gallery, with included description of his character in the author's comments.

The "Undying Sun" is a name for the in-universe sun deity, Farenral. She is simply called "God" by the people she governs, and Elwe is one of her immortal angels sent to protect mankind from danger whilst hiding within the shadows.

The spirits, respectively, govern the core elements of water, fire, wind and earth.

The polyvore links that have smilies in them are due to the author not spacing her colons and letters, and DA assuming I was emoting as a result.

Hopefully, this clears up some confusion.

Judy: Why do we care? Describe your shitbag Mary Sue in-story, you talentless hack.

You are of course free to write whatever you like, and this isn't explicitly connected to the PPC, but I still need to say this: that's a flame, right there. I'm uncomfortable with flames under any circumstances, and would ask you to reconsider that line. The rest of the MST is fine in that regard.

In fact, since it's short, I've actually finished it while writing this, so I'll comment properly. The story itself was... quite painful, and you had some good comments ('You're introducing yourself while under fire?' especially, and also the interpretation of 'spitting image of her father'). I find myself a bit lost in your references to other things - but that's why I don't often read MSTs, not a reflection on yours particularly.

And finally: wow, she's nicknamed after her horse? That's... that's quite something.

And since I haven't been on in a while, I did forget that things are if a friendlier nature here.

Admittedly, that line was hard for me to actually write, because I was trying to keep in-character with Judy (she's rude, harsh, and could be less concerned with others, amongst other things), so I might end up changing that line when I get access to a laptop. Trust me, if I tried it in my phone, bad things would happen.

The MST isn't done yet, it's just part one of whatever-number-I-need-to Finish-with, but yes, it is a rather short entry. And my references are sometimes vague, to this I readily admit. Mainly because I'm trying to go for more of the "gigglesnort" variety of comedy when I do these than the "aaah, I see what you did there" variety that I go for in other works.

And yes. She and her horse are one in the same. I'm now imagining some creepy horse-man hybrid not akin at all to a centaur, and it's giving me shivers.

Aragorn and Faramir, champions of Animal Rights, charged towards the bush - and the horses leapt out on their hind legs, the black cloaks hiding their shape as they surrounded the pair.

five horses bursted from their hiding places, surrounding the men, the Words declared. They were the Nazgul, or Ringwraiths.

"That... is not entirely normal," Jareth said faintly as Aragorn leapt from his horse, grabbed a nearby mini-Balrog (wincing at the heat) and threw it at the Nazgorses - and then reached for his sword. The sun, as if realising what kind of story it was in, plummeted towards the horizon, setting just in time for the battle to start.
