More than two agents completely changes how you have to handle a mission, who does what, and a great deal of dynamics. You don't need to throw that in when someone is still starting out.

Besides, you can take out a god!Stu on your own. The PPC is supposed to be creative. It doesn't have the numbers to support sending the horde out to every single god level Stu or Sue that comes into sights. There is always a weakness or some point in the story that the agents can exploit to successfully take on an overpowered character without assembling a team to do it with.

A person's first mission, I think, should at least be a solo one if they're intending to be doing single missions and not a cowriting thing. Otherwise, they risk their agents being upstaged in what's supposed to be their introduction, and setting themselves up for other problems.

They should be figuring out how to write a mission with their agents first. Learn how to set themselves up with how they write, what sort of themes they'll be using, sort out the feel they're going to be putting into their spinoff, and so on.

That doesn't happen to the same extent with a cowrite.
