FFTA characters who have mastered all the skills for a class are immensely powerful- and you're saying she has mastered two classes? You also tell us she is insane and has a bloodlust. While being immensely powerful (even though it doesn't work out of her home canon.)
Beyond that, you have a guy from an evil organization with a mecha, who is not reformed in the least, who is still engaging in things that he views as aiding the evil cause.
From what I've seen on the board, I'm not sure you'd be able to handle having two agents like that right off the bat. One of your previous agent ideas was powerful and questionable; you even acknowledged it might offend people.
You've also been rather eager with killing things and general violence (and torture), rather than focusing on the how and why a fic is bad.
Consider having normal people for your first set, if you get permission. Don't go for strong and powerful and unique. Go for normal people. Use yourself as an agent.
The best spinoffs I have read, my true favorites, they don't rely on their agent being the very best of something, or being able to go into some sort of overkill mode against anything. There is one main reason why I like them so much, and why others tend to like them so much.
The agents in those spinoffs have personalities. They are intelligent. They are creative. They are, essentially, people. This is what makes them a cut above. They don't rely on power to withstand something or to sort a fic out. They rely on their wherewithal, their stubbornness, their intent to make things right.
Agent Fritz and Agent Nume? They don't need fancy stuff, power, or some sort of vaguely dangerous but 'cool' attribute to back them up.
Relying on those things does not improve you as a writer, because they are crutches.
Think on it.
