If I have an agent whose species feeds on plant life or herbivore for short, will the Flowers be afraid of him/her because he/she might eat the Flower in question?
The reason why I asked this is because I have one agent in mind from a strange home continuum where her species are herbivore.

-If one of my agents is from the Final Fantasy Tactics Advance continuum and she is a White Mage who can also use Elemental Magic, is she a legitimate agent or do I have to tone her down?
If I have to tone her down, will this do:
Her magic isn't as effective nor efficient as it is when going to a place where magic is non-existent and using her magic outside the FFTA universe will cost a lot of energy and exhaust her if used repeatedly.
-Is there some sort of a HP/MP counter in PPC where agents who came from a world where HP/MP exist can keep count of their current condition?
See, I don't know that canon-- but when in doubt about how powerful you want your agent to be, just think carefully about why. Is being a White Mage a part of her character, her personality, her history? Is using Elemental Magic important to her storyline? Do you have confidence in your ability to write both the inherent strengths and weaknesses of this type of character well?
Ask yourself these questions, and be honest. A normal, average, non-powered human can be a bad fit for the PPC every bit as much as a Time Lord from a Harry Potter crossover. It's all in how they're written.
(Aaaand now I want to write an agent who's a Time Lord from the Potterverse. Gah, plotbunnies!)

But I think this isn't about VM or anyone knowing a specific canon.
It's about you being a good enough writer to determine if you can pull off such a character without creating a Sue.
And finally, isn't it you who should know the canon if you want to make an agent from it?
There are other herbivore Agents - we've even had a sentient horse recruited - and the Flowers haven't seemed too concerned. Then again, the Flowers have some interesting mental abilities to defend themselves with if it comes right down to it.

...but a member of a race that routinely - and, apparently, instinctively - goes after men and knocks them out to rape them* is not someone I would want as an Agent unless their instincts have been somehow suppressed.
Unless you can think of a workaround for it, I do not find a "weresheep" like this acceptable as an Agent, personally. "It's just their nature" is not an excuse, by the way.
Sorry if this sounds like picking fault, but reading through the entry was just an instant "NO" for me.
*Yes, it is rape. Just because the men are sleepy and can't resist does not mean they have somehow given consent to sex; in fact, by the sound of it they are forced not to protest.
The agent that will be based from the profile is the less instinctive version since she already have someone.
She never goes out without her partner who will keep her in short leash and holds her back if in case she wants to hug someone. And when her instincts kick in, her partner will usually tie her up on a sturdy post and wait for a few hours or so to prevent her from assaulting other Agents.
And also because the Weresheep likes her partner and she would rather do it with him.
That doesn't change the fact that she's a member of a race that actively hunts down men, drugs them and rapes them afterwards.
Also, you really should check your grammar.
These creatures embrace the concept of "rape is love". I wouldn't worry about the flowers too much with them. It's the male agents who are their targets.
So, no, I wouldn't use them as agents.
