How many times is this ground going to be retrodden?

I know, let's give Shinji a spine and turn him into your regular shounen protagonist (or just your own wish-fulfilment badass Stu), and go hack up the EVA canon like Unit-01 gone berserk.

Who in Celestia's name is this Kaylan person who seems to show up without warning? Oh, and it's Asuka not Auska. The pronunciation may be Aass-ka but that doesn't change the spelling.

*breathes out* Heh, sorry, got a bit carried away there... ^_^'

This one stands out a bit, if only for the Asuka abuse, both IC and OOC.

On the other hand, lots of mini-Sachiels! (Has someone said what the minis for Eva are? If not, mini-Sachiels work, right?)

And then there's this, which is marked as parody but doesn't seem to be funny.

Shinji is OOC (of course), allegedly because of his upbringing/being a mutant/something I can't place because the author wasn't kind enough to explain. Based on comments, it's a crossover with X-men.

OOC from the rest of the cast, changing their ages (Wasn't Shinji supposed to be 14?), and having Shinji Ikari get away with shooting Gendo in the face on their first meeting are just a few of the offenses against canon.
