We kinda prefer if you keep the badfic links/gaping to one thread. Every new thread created pushes an old one off the side of the 'Board, so it gets to be a bit much when badfic alerts for every new story come up, pushing all other conversation to the side.
'twould be much appreciated if you'd post new badfic alerts as a response to the same thread, if there's still one on the first page. Thanks!

Mary Sue's name: Lady Galadrina Wavesong
Type: Classic Mary Sue, Legomance
Mistakes: Grammar, Spelling, Urple Prose, calling Legolas "Greenleaf", not Thranduilion, making the Mary Sue fall off her horse and everybody treat it as if it's a life or death situation, Exaggerating the wound that you get when you fall off a horse, making Legolas have servants, and general OOCness for all the canon characters. It also is a Tenth Walker. The Mary Sue is both tall and small, which is impossible. And, more atrocitous, the author read the books, because Legolas has brown hair. Or, she just didn't pay much attention during the movie. This badfic is incomplete.
I've seen an MST of this one and recognised it at once - Elrond is so incredibly creepy and I kind of want to use the descripton of the Sue as an example of implausible beauty.
In fact, treating the fall from her horse as if it were life-or-death might put this in Jackson and Feleben's jurisdiction as their first Sue, if no-one else kills it first (and given how quickly I write, the next ice age might have come and gone before I get to it).
What's funny is that as I was reading the bits about the falling off a horse (which by the way doesn't generally hurt all that much), my little sister started singing "Oh my oh my that's quite a sight" and she had no clue what I was reading... I'm cracking up...
This looks like the second badfic alert you've posted without a link. Next time, can you please post the link with the alert so we don't have to ask? No one can investigate if we don't know where it is, and I doubt anyone wants to go hunting down links themselves when it shouldn't be necessary.
