So... what've we got today? Well, we've got a Mary Sue, Dom Frollo being called attractive, major OOCness, a needlessly convoluted plot, possible rape scenes...
Oh, and did we mention that the Sue is a teacher written by a real-life Social Studies teacher... who doesn't even get the nationality of Christopher Colombus or when he "discovered: the New World right?

You get that mess of a fanfic. I actually found out about it from this:

That does a more than ample job of summing up all of that fic's problems. -
Is this what I think it is? by

Are we talking the original Victor Hugo novel, or the Disney version of "Hunchback of Notre Dame"?

I'm honestly surprised . . . by

. . . that this one hasn't shown up here before. It's been notorious on the GAFF/WGW boards for years; Danisha is a bit of a figure of horror in some circles. Not quite Legendary Badfic, but definitely long past high time she was taken care of.

Really? I figured as much, what with her being as idiotic as she is. Also, for all that stuff she did to Esmerelda, am I right?
Yeah, I think it could be cool if someone did a mission on this. But... I'm not quite a DMS person, so... -
You could still take it. by

Yeah, it's a Sue, but it's also trans-dimensional hopping and snatching up the wazoo from what I've gathered so far from the review. That's definitely in the DIC's jurisdiction.
~Neshomeh, helpful (for a given definition). -
That is a good point... by

Besides, it DOES steal the major plot device from Back to the Future, and the title of the thing is a really bad take on that title, so theoretically, we could use that as a loophole to make it coverable by the DIC.
Still, I won't touch it unless I have a pair of DMS agents with F&E. I don't think Florestan would be able to take how horrible a person Denisha is... -

I'm not all that familiar with the canon, so I can't comment much on the fic itself (although I certainly wouldn't disagree with the 'needlessly convoluted' part).
However, the important thing is that someone else on here watches 'The Fanfiction Critic'! Yay! -

Okay...so, if this were based on the book, it could be forgiven: in the book, Frollo is a complex, conflicted character with real humanity. It is not. It is movie Frollo, who is, hands-down, the most evil villian in Disney history: Why do so many people insist on putting him in leather pants?
