Subject: Question about infrastructure

As some of you may know, a while back I Ret Gone'd myself. As some of you may also know, I'm considering coming back. So, I have this question:

What Department would be responsible for records? Like, files on who was in what RC at what time and things like that? I'm asking because if I do start writing again, I'm considering having my Agents go to the records office to look at files on their RC, and I want to know what Department would be responsible for keeping track of something like that.
