Well, judging by some of the terrible smut found there, and on its sister site adultff.net, it shouldn't be too hard to find a virgin to sacrifice.
I heard that Brian Jacques died. What happened? And was he able to write any more books before he passed away?
That is, the one right under your introductory post, which also has a link to the BBC article that states his death (at 71) and of what (a heart attack), when (this last Saturday, the 5th.).
There was no need for this thread, as there was already one quite near the top of the board.
Additionally, most of us frown upon new and unnecessary repeat threads because it bumps another thread off the front page, and another into nonexistence.
The lowest post on the first page dates from the end of January. We're not losing brand-new, up-to-the-minute stuff every time someone posts. (I agree, as it happens, that this post should have gone on the previous thread - but that's beside the point)
Given, however, the sheer number of comments about things getting pushed off (I count four on the front page - it's turning into an epidemic!), I'm going to suggest one of two options.
a) An edit to the Board header asking people to check there's not another thread they could add their post to instead of making a new one.
b) An obvious link in the header to an alternate Board (probably in a different style) for the posting solely of badfics. I was looking to see if the Board could be modified to have a pinned thread at the top (or bottom) for this purpose, but it doesn't look like it can.
Oh, or:
c) Something else which will stop this epidemic of ire.

If the Board were terribly busy, it'd be a practice worth 'enforcing', but right now, there's just no need.
As for what to do... (a) makes a lot of sense, as does (b). Why not both?
Have we tried ritual sacrifice yet?

We should go to conquer a country and then kill the defeated people with a ritual knife made from gold. You choose the engraving.
