The SCP Foundation, especially in its early days, was plagued by Mary Sues masquerading as SCP objects. People wised up, listed some of the more flagrant ones in "decommissioned" and tried to let it go. Sues still come in every once in a while, though, messing with SCP material and using poor spelling, and eventually someone made SCP-732 for meta-humor.
See the former SCP-048 and the former SCP-809 for really bad former SCP Sues. Yeah. It used to be that bad.
