Frodo is a well-fed Hobbit. Huckleberry Finn is supposed to be skinny and malnourished.
there's a movie version of "Huckleberry Finn" where the main character is played by Elijah Wood. That's probably it.
It's possible for people to look like each other even though they're built completely differently. I've never read Huckleberry Finn, though, so I have no idea how Huck's described.
