This is "The Tale of Eilinel", a Silmarillion fanfic which claims to recount the backstory of Eilinel wife of Gorlim, while turning her into a wangsty teenager (at least in spirit) who gets captured out of sheer idocacy, and later develops an implied infatuation with Sauron which leads her to betray her husband willingly.

To make it worse, there's a sequel called White as Night, or Guilty Innocence. In that fic, Eilinel's infatuation with the Dark Lord becomes unimplied, and it is revealed that she also had a crush on Thuringwethil,who apparently has minor feelings for her as well. I don't know what to say.
