As far as I know, Divisions don't have exclusive rights. Maybe you could take along someone from the DVS to concentrate on the specific Sue and leave the other two to your own Agents? We could e-mail about it.
As you well know, kitsune106 is quite interested in the Dark Lord Geranium, his backstory, and the possibility that he should be head of the Division of Villain!Sues. This is good! He's not that annoying, and has given me a marvelous plotbunny. I am brainstorming, stainborming, stormbraining, and bormstaining ideas and random sentences which I will then staple together into a comprehensive whole, this being my normal method of writing. Speaking of which, what do you think of the DVS flashpatches having the addition of a screaming skull which is on fire above the potted cactus?
BUT...will the DVS have the exclusive rights to the disposition of all Villain!Sues?
I ask because my current tentative mission idea (the first draft is nearly complete, although my assassins still need names) involves three(!) Sues, one of them villainous. As it stands at the moment, said assassins are from the DMS...but I don't want them stepping on anyone else's toes, roots, hooves, claws, etc.

Maybe the DoVS has a checklist where they criticize the sues poor choice of evil? like thinking with their nether regions instead of their brains?

It's your Division, do whatever you want, heh. If I think of any ideas I won't get flamed for, I'll email you, but honestly it's not our place to do that. If I get any suggestions though, we'll see.
Besides, it's your idea, your Division. You shouldn't take our suggestions, especially not mine or kitsune's. Do whatever you want, or something. I'm a bit tired so my own point isn't making sense to myself. Hah.
