Subject: Is the Dept of Character Protective Services still active?

Because I've finally got fed up to the back teeth of Narnia RPSlash, and while they're not characters as such, I'd like to take on the task of sporking fic that pairs William Moseley, Skandar Keynes and Ben Barnes, in any combination of the above, and would make a new Agent character for the job.
Ideas, quibbles, suggestions etc gratefully accepted.
Err, sorry if I should have asked somewhere else, but what's the Dept. of Character Protective Services?
Most of the members are also members of other Departments. I asked because looking at the PPC Information Directory site, it appears that most or even all of the Agents listed are no longer active.

New agent in the Department of Character Protective Services is ... Agent Veridian Green (name assigned upon joining PPC as he's too embarrassed about his real name and his, ahem, stage name), an ex-stripper/gentleman of negotiable affection from the Discworld (previously employed by Mr Harris of the Blue Cat Club). He will be looking after Wiliam Moseley, Skandar Keynes and Ben Barnes.
Agent Iza of the Department of Mary Sues and formerly of the Department of Bad Slash has volunteered to help him out.

*Rubs eyes* I think that's enough of a reason to reopen that Department. I do remember something about that one, I just can't remember. And I'd say it would sitll be opened if no-one officially closed it.
