I already have some characters lined up for use as Agents, and I've already read the Permission article on the PPC wiki... I'm aware that I'll likely hang out for several weeks before actually setting up any permission requests for them, but may I ask if I can create their bios and writing samples (from the 36 Prompts) at this time? Don't wanna go marching into the battle without my armaments or battleplan, y'know~ XD

And there's really nothing more cathartic than watching a Mary Sue get what's coming to her. Or writing it, of course, but I can't confirm that personally.
I imagine hS will come along shortly to explain whatever he's changed Permission to this week, but basically they don't just let anyone write this stuff. It takes months, if not YEARS, of intensive training...
