On the My Immortal Parody

Um, Hi. I'm a bit new to the PPC, although I've hung around on the Wiki for a while. I read a lot, and I have a lot of fantoms, predominantly Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Dresden Files, Discworld, and My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic, but I'll read or watch anything kinda good. I have a lot of trouble saying what my absolute favorite would be.

I have three fanfics, one a parody of My Immortal by being its complete opposite (involving the Purity Sue werewolf Ivory Lightness Inno'cence Dove Way), which Mom has nearly shamed me into disowning, a fanfic based on the video game series Epic Battle Fantasy, and a crossover between the movie Pacific Rim and MLP FiM.

I also like role-play.

That My Immortal parody sounds magnificent! (Haven't read the original, but I have heard of it. *shivers*) Don't worry, it takes all kinds to make a community.

I see you're interested in different kinds of magic. Have a replica of Miss Tick's pointy hat, complete with flowers and a spring at the back ;)

It's on Fanfiction.net, and it's called Till The World Ends (title taken from a Britney Spears song). I can't do any better until somebody tells me how to create a link here.

Warning: I tried to write the whole thing in Urple Prose, to contrast the beige of most of My Immortal.

Do note that it has only one chapter, and Mom is unhappy with me writing it (and, heck, even reading the original; too much swearing and blasphemy). She doesn't like people mocking things for their badness, because it'd embarrass the author (who might have matured quite a bit since writing the badfic).

P.S. I read them all before I got here (heck, I was pointed here by the Wiki). I thought it would be a good idea to brush up on my knowledge of the PPC before I tried to join.

Thank you. I really want to be part of the PPC, and I already have ideas for agents, and fics that I could spark, but I think that I should get into the community first.
