i don't usually go online to discuss fandoms,but my preferred fandoms are shin megami tensei,digimon,pokemon,and mass effect.

I had written a fanfic,but I deleted it because it was bad.

Grammar-wise, I believe KittyEden was referring to the fact that your "I"s were not all capitalized, you need spaces after a comma, and fandoms needing capitals as well.
As Huinesoron said, don't forget to read up on the Board's rules (the Constitution) and the FAQ. If you have any other questions, ask away! We'll be happy to answer them.
Concerning your question on Permission: Permission Givers don't give authorization to write spinoffs right away. Please read this article for all the details.

As a rule of thumb, once you've been around a few weeks, participated in discussions, read lots of other spinoffs, etc, you may start cobbling some ideas together for a Permission request.
