I would say that most YouTubers would fall under Real Person Fic. That said, if it were somebody like the Yogscast, where they have a clear character personality and world of their own, then that should qualify as sporkable. When Suethors write about Simon, they are (usually) writing about Honeydew the dwarf who likes to diggy diggy holes, not the overweight Brit who plays video games all day and stuffs his gob full of Jaffa Cakes. Just saying.

(While we are on the subject, PPC Englishmen, what do Jaffas taste like anyway? Are they near as good as Simon makes them sound? As an American, I have no access to them without paying quite a bit online, so I have to ask those who know.)

Actually, can Minecraft fics be missioned anyway? It has no plot, no characters, no real timeline, unless you count the development one. Any story we would try to kill could be argued for as original fic, and so falls outside of our jurisdiction. Thinking about it, I would argue that only smaller, defined universes set in the wider Minecraft 'verse would be workable. Like if there was a Sue running about in Minecraftia from Shadow of Israphel, or the kingdom in CaptainSparkles' music videos, it could be killed.

And yes, before anybody asks, I would think that Minecraft minis would be mini-Creepers. However, the right to create the minis falls to those who make either the first Minecraft fic mission or Minecraft OFU. After all, if I were the final voice in mini creation, we would have mini-Hydras for Percy Jackson and mini-Daleks for Doctor Who. I would not want to take that right away from those who do create these stories. I'm just throwing my opinion out there.
