Carry Onin
Age: around 50 (origin Rohan)
Faction: N/A
Notes: Carry is a follower by nature. He is also very, very loyal to his partners. By 2038, they will have been together for a long time, so Gloom's neutrality will affect him greatly, probably more than his loyalty to the actual PPC. He is extremely fond and protective of children, so I imagine he might do something like take it upon himself to set up protection detail of the Nursery to ensure the safety and neutrality of the children's areas or something along those lines. There is an outside chance that someone like Miah might be able to talk him into joining the side of the loyalists by appealing to his loyalty to his other friends and desire to protect them. One of them getting hurt might be enough to pull him into the fighting.

Miah
Age: 60
Faction: Loyalist
Notes: Agent Miah has a history of trying to take things too far, railing against the rules preventing her from going after the author, so it might be surprising that she would be vehemently Loyalist, but especially as she has gotten older, she has acknowledged that she enjoys having the framework of the rules that keep her from going too far, keep her more violent tendencies from truly causing harm. She sees a longer game and would argue that the old ways protect the integrity of the agents and that that is of vital importance. Enough importance to fight for it. In practical terms of fighting, though, she is a 60 year old human that has lived in the PPC for almost 30 years, so...sneakiness, creativity, probably not a lot of hand to hand. She has always been fond of feeding the troops, though.

Cali
Age: 44
Faction: Loyalist
Notes: Cali is loyal to Cadmar, Miah, and then the PPC. He still has the mindset of being a superhero, but has mellowed as he has gotten older. He too, is basically human, and has no healing factors or such to keep him from dying, and if he's still alive after nearly 30 years in the PPC, then he is very aware of that. His adopted kids would be in age from 28 to 37, so it is entirely possible he has grandkids. I don't know how that would affect his actions or how those kids turned out or which side they might be on. It's possible some of them would be against. If Cadmar disappeared into the word worlds, Cali would go with her, probably trying to take Miah with him (she wouldn't go).

Kelok
Age: either 10,038 or 38 (Stargate Atlantis Wraith)
Faction: up to you
Notes: Kelok could have gone in two directions from his last appearance. He could have gotten more stable and would be an asset to the Loyalists. He could have continued to destabilize and is either dead, forced out by FicPsych or could have been twisted into a fighter for the DACA.

Unger
Age: around 50 (half-elf, so still fairly young)
Faction:
Notes: Unger would be greatly affected by Kelok's fate. If Kelok was taken out by death or FicPsych, fairly early on, Unger would have left the PPC. If Kelok is still loyal, then so is Unger. If Kelok is DACA, then so is Unger. I doubt he would have calmed down much, but he is able to read, and probably better at setting fires in appropriate places.

For their fates, it is up to you. I'll take this as an AU for them, so kill them, keep them, use them, don't use them, it's all good with me as long as they are within the framework of their personalities.
