So, I was looking across some websites for bad fanfictions and found this thing.

I read some little snippets of it and just knew it's a reeeeal bad one. Hope someone takes notice of it or tells me someones already notified the PPC of it.
The original creator is called Brickhousebunny21 but I'm unsure of its original whereabouts.

Cat-O-Nine-Tails is a pretty good item for a bruiser like Terrakion, granting +15% additional Physical damage and +25% additional Speed before any boosts. This works particularly well in combination with Tailwind Talonflame, as the massively boosted Speed stat allows it to shatter pretty much everyone in the tier with STAB Stone Edge, assuming you can get it to hit anything. However, use with caution; Cat-O-Nine-Tails means you take 25% more damage from Contact moves.
