I read some little snippets of it and just knew it's a reeeeal bad one. Hope someone takes notice of it or tells me someones already notified the PPC of it.

Cat-O-Nine-Tails is a pretty good item for a bruiser like Terrakion, granting +15% additional Physical damage and +25% additional Speed before any boosts. This works particularly well in combination with Tailwind Talonflame, as the massively boosted Speed stat allows it to shatter pretty much everyone in the tier with STAB Stone Edge, assuming you can get it to hit anything. However, use with caution; Cat-O-Nine-Tails means you take 25% more damage from Contact moves.
