I'd recommend looking behind you every once in a while; Librarian still has a stock of C4, and he's itching to see how well you'd look... exploded.
They're very stubby, poorly SPaG'd, and are unnecessary due to a lack of missions. I won't be able to attend to this for another 18+ hours, so could someone nip this in the bud before it becomes a Big Problem?
