Here's the thing...
I plan for one of me agents to be from "The Secrets of Immortal Nicolas Flamel" continuum. Basically ancient gods, immortal historical people, lots of magic, prophecy and monsters... and here's the thing:
The author, on the fan forum, stated that almost any of the fairy tale/mythological/legendary beings can be featured in his books as an Elder - the kind of a precursor race, which created the humanity (some of them include Hekate, the Morrigan, Prometheus, etc.)
And here we have my question: Can I have a fanon Elder (notably Baba Yaga) to have a deal with my Agent? I've had this idea for killing the Sues, by throwing them for Baba Yaga to eat :D
Would it prevent Baba Yaga from eating sues if she does not know about the PPC? It would make a great assassination method, but I'm with Neshomeh on this one. The fewer ordinary things that know about the PPC, the better. So, give Baba Yaga sues, but don't tell her what they are. By the way, I'm not at all familiar with the continuum in question, so take my advice with a grain of salt.
Probably not. It sounds like an okay idea for an execution method to me (and I know my friend Tungsten Monk would approve), but the trouble is that the PPC is a secret society, so people that know about it should be as few as possible. The agents could probably throw a Sue to Baba Yaga, but only if they neuralyze her afterwards.
BTW, a couple English language nitpicks:
1) the word "my" is possessive, not "me," so you should have said "I plan for one of my agents ..." You got it right later in the post, though, so maybe it was a deliberate attempt to sound like a pirate? ^_~
2) When referring to a group in general, you don't need to use an article, so you can just say "which created humanity" and "for killing Sues." If you're referring to a group of specific individuals, though, then you use an article (e.g. "the Sues," these ones right here as opposed to any/all Sues). Also, watch out for group names that are always uncountable, like "humanity." If you wanted to refer to specific members of humanity, you'd have to say something like "the people."
Hope that helps!

. . .I've always imagined that the Elders in the canon in question would be aware of the PPC, similar to how Aslan of Narnia is aware, due to their godlike and continuous nature.
Then again, there are a lot of Elders, and so there would a be a whole lot of characters who were aware, so maybe not. . .!
In fact, most of them shouldn't. I think Aslan got in because he quote is unquote the Christian god; Iluvatar (Middle-earth) got in for the same reason. They're both theoretically omnipresent in their worlds, and suchlike.
It also helps that neither of them spend much time intervening. If you claim a character knows about the PPC and Mary-Sues, then... why aren't they fighting off Sues by themselves? Why don't badfics in that canon all end with 'and then God killed the OC, the end'? Because that should happen.
Obviously, external viewpoint, the answer is 'because why would authors write that?'. But from an internal viewpoint, it's what ought to happen, if all these canons know about Sues. Therefore, since it doesn't happen, they must not know.
(A concrete example: Gimli and Eowyn are both known to be somewhat resistant to Suvian influence, but they don't remember it afterwards. If they did, and could apply that knowledge next time they saw their friends being controlled - do you really think they wouldn't take up arms against the Sue immediately? Since Gimli isn't prone to bashing in the heads of every Tenth Walker just outside Rivendell, we know that he can't be aware of what they are)

Tell me, am I allowed to created the wiki content? I mean like updating some article stubs, or making new continuum pages?
On article creation, the caveat is that you shouldn't add new pages unless they're particularly relevant to the PPC. Good reasons to make a new continuum page are having an agent from and/or writing a mission in that 'verse. Otherwise, it's best not to. As I've said before and will no doubt say again, it's PPC Wiki, not Random Stuff Our Members Like Wiki. You can always link to Wikipedia or another Wikia for that continuum if you need to bring it up.
Also, you should check out at least the Etiquette and Style sections of the Help:Editing article before you start.

I think I get it, reducing the involvment of a third party as much as possible... Well, I could always make him open a portal and throw a Sue straight into Yaga's cottage, with a note :D (The Agent was Baba Yaga's disciple, therefore they know each other)
As for the English:
1) Yeah, I often go for the Cockney English writing, you know like, "I swear on me mum," kind of thing. I know it's suppose to be my.
2) Oh, gods of Olympus, that's basic knowledge! I feel my IQ's vanishing . . . I'm so stupid =__=
