New Mission! by

In which Rina and Zeb head into Doctor Who for the first time. Coincidence? Probably not.
This is probably going to be my last mission out for a few weeks, seeing as how spring break is coming to an end. It was fun while it lasted, though. :D
Wiki'll be updated tomorrow. -

Zeb hesitated, but handed to her.
Missing Word.
Rina’s eyes widened a bit at hearing that, but then laughed to herself.
The image is hilarious, but since there are at least two eyes involved, shouldn’t they have laughed to themselves?
Reconsidering this, there may just a word be missing again.

Was "there may just a word be missing" intentional? ;)

Are you calling me out for bad grammar?

I really didn't know if it was intentional or not. I'm guessing it wasn't, then? In which case, yes, probably.

I still donÂ’t get it. Can you explain? by

What is wrong with this sentence? Did I unintentionally say something ridiculous or rude?
What would be a better way to say "I suspect that the second part of the sentence doesn’t really refer back to Rina’s eyes and that a pronoun or something may have been left out there"? Well, that may be better, but it is a bit long-winded.

"there may just a word be missing again" could have been better worded as "there may just be a word missing again".

Apparently English word order is my great weakness, and MS Word Grammar Check doesn’t help me there.

"She can't regenerate in space"? by

I don't see why the Sue couldn't regenerate in space.
She'd just die again... and regenerate again... etc.... but, she could probably regenerate. -

I... am not sure that's the sort of death I'd wish on even a 'sue! Then again, this one was pretty bad.
So... does that mean that a Time Lord's body tries to fit itself to its new environment on regeneration, and that some environments are too extreme for that to work, like in outer space? Would you grow gills if you died by drowning and regenerated? -
Well, there was an alternate timeline... by

where the Tenth Doctor perma-died from drowning. His body (or what little we were shown of it) seemed humanoid enough, but I guess it's possible his body tried growing gills. Who knows?

I like missions taking on multiple fics, because they are good at showcasing just how ridiculously similar the Sues can be.
And your Agents had really good interaction. And some good jokes. I loved the "Is that some kind of bird?" "Yes, let's just go with that" part. -

I actually found Ella Smith on the Pit the day before I went trawling the Unclaimed Badfic section on the Wiki and found Lily Smith, and I had to double-check to make sure they weren't the same story.
Oh, Zeb, you so naive. *huggles* -

The Rose bashing in the second one is really egregious. I mean, I don't care for her much, but I was completely disgusted by the way the Sue was treating her.
I really like the way you're handling Rina. One thing that I think is hard with Time Lord characters is making their regenerations have distinct personalities, but still having them be the same person. With Rina, I feel like you've hit the right balance. -
I'm rather fond of Rose. by

Though it did get annoying when the writers kept bringing her back after "Doomsday". She's gone, let her go already!
But yeah, the Rose bashing was Not Cool.
Rina should start developing a slightly more different personality eventually. She /is/ still learning what she likes and doesn't like, never mind how she reacts to badfic. But thank you. :) -
