. . . my instinct would be to use the appearance of Hall!Indy, simply because there's nothing else in the published canon to go by. Since "Old Indy" doesn't directly contradict canon, and is the closest thing we have to Indy being one hundred years old, it seems reasonable that the Word World would default to that.
But that's just my take on the problem.

I think you could call it something along the lines of Word of God, because it does not sound uncanon per-se, but it is not anon either. Hmmm... I'd say, file it under justified fanon or outright noncanon, though that sounds a little harsh seeing as it was going to be canon, just got cut later. Just my thoughts though.
