For real though, nothing on the chopping block just yet. Well, My Little Unicorn, but that's going to be my White Whale at this point. I may actually break out Jumper and tear down some Fallout or Elder Scrolls fic. Who knows.

Gods from Kid Icarus use the Greek names, or derivations of them, so it seems that Greek is indeed the choice...

But Icarus is more Latin, and Palutena's soldiers are called Centurions...

You know what? either would be fine, all things considered.

In every single recording I do, I sound like I'm six years old.

If we did, I have Audacity and a mic. And I hate the sound of my voice in recordings, so I'd have no ego about doing obnoxious fanthings and whatnot. And I might be able to talk Phobos into doing some male voices, possibly with accents, because he's actually talented at voice stuff. Like... I'd maybe even cast him as Gimli if he's down with it.

No. Just… no.

This character doesn't work in many ways. Desdendelle has already touched on several major points (what is a Diplomancer, uninteresting personality, major errors in PPC canon), so I will specifically look at Terraria canon issues.

The big one is that Terraria itself… doesn't really have a story. Or a unified world, really. The only true canon to Terraria is detail-based: what the monsters are like, what the NPCs are like, and so on. Much like Minecraft, the only story is 'kill the bosses.' This character might as well not be from Terraria.

Are you trying to claim that the NPCs are the 'inhabitants?' Because that is a stretch I cannot buy. And how can Terraria get the Internet if they don't even have computers? Their most advanced technology is wires hooked up to pumps and sensors.

But let's put that aside. Let's say that Terraria has a fully fleshed-out world. You've given knowledge of the PPC to an entire universe! That's bad both in-universe (the PPC's trying to be secret here) and out (it suggests that you don't quite get what we as a group are about).

You want my opinion? Scrap this character. Begin from the ground up. Make multiple characters as thought exercises. Like Des said, that might help you see what makes a character interesting.

You know, I've had an epiphany recently, and that epiphany is: writing permission prompts involving a pair of characters who may be horribly broken is probably a www.BadIdea.com, and may end up being a bit of a www.WasteofTime.gov, and might end up with me looking a little bit www.Silly.bly.

So, I did what I always do in my time of need, and panicked needlessly and called the police!
