Considering that the Dragonborn/Dovahkiin is by him/herself a Canon Stu/Sue, and pretty much depends on player input for his/her personality, so he/she can be a softie, a jerk, or a downright psychopath, weeell the protagonist's personality is quite a non-issue here. Also, the NPC canons aren't that OOC (with one exception, see below).

On the other hand, in the few chapters that I read; her stupid name is an affront to all Nords, creates 2 minis (the second one a mini-Sue!), and to top it off, somehow she suddenly knows Savos Aren with no good explanation and throws him off OOC for good measure.

(Now that I put that way, it does sound quite bad, and somehow I get the feeling that later gets worse... But I'm not reading those 50 chapters.)

That first one has two chapters dedicated solely to author's notes.

I don't know Elder Scrolls, so I can't comment on the second.

About the third: No culture shock or language barrier? And Boromir SURVIVES! Also, Underland is from a different Inkling's pen.

And the fourth: Her marriage with Shakespeare (Ridi, Anne, sul tuo amore infranto) blows up due to him being unfaithful, and then she falls for Captain Anything-That-Moves?

Still, any agents who took that on would get a nice sort-of canon version of a Sonic Screwdriver: the Laser Spanner. I'm pretty sure the Doctor was referencing Laser Spanners sarcastically, but that might just be me.
