I am actually very fond of Tumblr and I've learned a lot from hanging out there, but it can be pretty ... intense, so I usually only make short visits.

What are you studying while studying abroad in Europe?
I'm in Prague right now as an international student at FAMU, which is one of the oldest film schools in Europe, cradle of the Czech New Wave, yadda yadda. We just wrapped production on a short film about vampires and we're going into postproduction very soon (as in, after my trip to London). I'll drop a link on here whenever it gets up onto Vimeo or something for you guys, if you're interested.
We are your first and biggest fans, and we want to see everything you do!
—doctorlit is like, super-proud and stuff
I kid, I kid.
Seriously though, it's great to see you around, even if it is just a drive-by.
I think I'll steer clear of the fic you brought with you for now, but take this Great Eagle figurine. Perhaps it will bring you better fortune when you seek Hobbit fanfiction.
Of course, I've been lurking on/following your exploits in Europe, so for me you haven't really been away, but it's still great to see you pop in at the old mansion.
I clicked the link and didn't get further than the title, before going what-the-huh?-is-this?! I'm going to need to take this slow and with lots of tea.
Also, "rent-an-angry-mob.com" is the best description of Tumblr ever and I'm stealing that and using it everywhere. ^^

I'm always a little mildly surprised when I hear that people actually read those missions, oh man. Thank you. I'm so glad Ellie and Chrissy are so entertaining for you. And Tabitha Watson was... an Interesting fic so, you know. As Miss Cam always says, easy reading is damn hard writing, and it goes doubly so for missions. :'D
Thanks for the chocolate!
Welcome back! Have an urple ocarina, and some wilver earmuffs to block out the noise! I think you checked back in right when I first joined, about a year ago, but I doubt you remember me.

Every other year or so, sometimes during a blue moon... but hello!
I'm working on my fifth mission and have what I'm praying is an extremely convincing trollfic lined up for my sixth. Real life-wise, I'm on yet another round of revisions to my history honors thesis in addition to my other homework. Hopefully I can get everything done before Monday, since my defense is next week...meep.
And you probably noticed the major drama llama (thank you, IAHF) going on below with regard to Iximaz leaving. All I'm going to say about it is that I'm sorry she's leaving, and it would've been much easier to handle without a troll showing up.
Boy, am I glad to see you on the Board! Hope you're having a good time over there in Europe as well. :)
I might have to look into that fic, it's been a while. Do you plan to stick around or is this just a drive by, out of curiosity?
I think this is more of a drive-by, I only really popped in because the fic was genuinely awful and I wanted to vent about its terribleness in a forum that isn't Rent-an-Angry-Mob dot com (Tumblr), and also to let people here know that I'll be in London this weekend.
A combination of flat-broke and working weekends. Sorry to disappoint... if indeed it is a disappointment. =]
I've agreed to head back to see my family this weekend and I'm helping out at Church on Sunday.

My flight gets in so late on Friday that it'd be practically Saturday, and I'll be staying at an Airbnb near Greenwich, but all I really have planned are an event at the British Library Saturday evening at 7pm, and to go check out the Complete Walk on Sunday. Other things I would love to see are pretty much the usual tourist sites, and maybe try to get the Sunday evening show of Hamlet at the Globe. But I'm definitely down to meet up with you guys, especially if you know good cheap eats in London ;)
You can definitely email me for my phone number if you want to meet up! That goes for anyone else in London too C:
I think even if I don't get into the shows, I'd definitely like to see the outside of the Globe and Buckingham Palace, get a view of the Tower Bridge and the Tower of London, Westminster Palace, Westminster Abbey, Trafalgar Square, Big Ben -- but that's all exteriors. I'd love to go through the British Museum, though!
I think portions of what I want to see are covered in The Complete Walk, which I'll be doing Sunday, so there's definitely overlap between things.
I think I'll just museum through Saturday then, with Baker Street/British/War, and then we can totally meet for the Walk on Sunday. I only heard from the Shakespeare nerds that they wanted to do it Sunday morning but I'm not precise on the times, so yeah.
Lunch sounds like a great plan as well! And it'll be such fun to finally meet you guys for this mini Gathering after spending so many years wishing I could be at a Gathering, haha.
Teh Nurds are meeting up at the first screen just south of Westminster Bridge at 10AM when they first turn on and will be doing it forwards, yes. We can meet at Nelson's Column sometime before then. 9AM should work for me provided I don't do too much drunk!Shakespeare the night before.
So if that's fine with you two I'll see you then!
Precisely when depends on the trains, really; it can be a bit of a wait at Tower Hill.
Looking forward to it!

I'll wear my SO t-shirt so as to be recognisably embarassing.

I can't see the cards themselves since I think you have the deck unlisted but I'd be down for a round or two! Let me know when you've got a game up.
She's not full of pointy objects because Big Folk are incapable of looking down. ;'D
I am very interested in taking them out for a test game or two, yes definitely. :'D
Also, hello Lily Winterwood! Nice to meet you! I'm a nondescript newbie who is definitely not dang irking even slightly.
...and the trainwreck gets worse and worse and I think Bilbo is getting dragged into this mess at last. The Sue literally keeps Frerin alive so that he can be her rebound from her terrible marriage with Thorin. Why. #letthorinlive
I did briefly glance at the...very long... thread. Wank is not really my cup of tea so unless this calls for a revision of the Constitution I'll pay it no mind -whistles-
Have blackhole coffee, chocolates and a self-updating guidebook from all the deathtraps in the multiverse.
Hope you'll stick around. Thngs are... a little bit rough at the moment, but this madhouse is still great! and thanks for the gifts.
Well then... may I offer this slice of Infinite Pizza?
I love Gravity Falls so much. -noms-
Hello Lily!
Haven't seen you for a long while! Here, have a pair of Shiba-inu!
Also, never had the chance, so: I really, really like your missions. They're so much fun to read.
